1. Who this covers
The Learning Hub (the “Service”) is operated by IPE. It is a public discovery surface and the platform academies use to run their programs. Where an Academy uses the Service to teach its students, the Academy decides what student data is collected and why; IPE processes that data on the Academy’s instruction.
2. Academy demo inquiries
When you request an Academy demo we store the Academy name, your name, work email address, phone number, stated Academy role, the country or market you operate in, an approximate student-count band, your primary need, preferred language, optional Academy website and referral source, and anything you write in the message field. We use it to assess whether the platform fits your Academy and to contact you and prepare the walkthrough.
Only IPE platform staff can read inquiries. They are never shared with academies as a lead list, and never sold.
3. Enrollment requests
After you sign in, you may ask a selected Academy about enrolling in an available program. We store your account email, contact name, optional phone number and relationship to the learner, together with the learner's name, an optional year level or age band, anything you write in the message field, and the Academy and program you selected.
The request is stored in the selected Academy's assigned data region and is visible only to its authorized enrollment managers. It is a lead for the Academy to follow up, not a Student profile, enrollment or payment. Enrollment-request records are scheduled for deletion 12 months after their most recent handling step.
4. Newsletter
If you subscribe to News & Guides we store your email address, your chosen language and which page you subscribed from. This is single opt-in: we do not send a confirmation email, so the address is added as soon as you submit the form.
You can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us. Withdrawing sets your subscription to unsubscribed and stops further mail. Manage your subscription.
Requesting an Academy demo is not consent to the newsletter. They are separate forms, stored separately, for separate purposes.
5. Accounts and use of the platform
When you register we collect your email address and name, along with data generated as you use the Service, so we can authenticate you, provide the features you use, and keep the system secure.
6. Cookies and local storage
We set strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session handling. These are set on every visit, including before you sign in, because the session is checked on each request. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other sites.
We also store a language preference in your browser’s local storage so the guidance you read stays in the language you chose. Clearing site data removes it.
7. Students and minors
Public discovery never exposes student records. A signed-in enrollment request may contain only the limited learner details described above so the selected Academy can respond. It does not create a Student profile or academic record. Where a student later uses the Service, they do so through their Academy, which is responsible for obtaining any consent required from a parent or guardian.
8. Where data is held
Each Academy is assigned a data region by IPE, and identifiable records for that Academy stay in it. The region is set by us as part of setting up the Academy — it is never chosen by your browser, your IP address or your device language.
9. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Enrollment-request details are shared only with the Academy you selected and the service providers needed to run the Service, such as hosting and database providers, or where the law requires it.
10. Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also object to marketing email at any time, which the unsubscribe link does immediately. If your data was provided to us by an Academy, we may need to refer your request to that Academy as the party responsible for it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced through the Service, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
12. Contact
For any question about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights above, contact IPE through the support address for your Academy, or through the contact details supplied to you during onboarding.
