Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using The Learning Hub (the “Service”), operated by IPE, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the Service.

2. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you become aware of unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, or to interfere with the normal operation of the system.

4. Enrollment and payment are with the Academy

The public pages of the Service are a discovery surface, not a shop. Enrollment, registration and payment for a program are agreed directly between the family and the Academy. IPE is not a party to that agreement, does not take payment from parents or students, and does not enroll students.

Academies contract with IPE separately for use of the platform and its content.

Submitting an enrollment request, or an Academy accepting it for follow-up, does not create an enrollment or any obligation to pay. The Academy must complete its own intake and confirm any agreement with the family separately.

5. Catalog information is not an offer

Titles, programs and taxonomy shown in the Content Library are informational. Material described as planned or as a future category carries no availability claim and is not an offer, a commitment or a delivery date. Availability of any specific program at any specific Academy is a matter for that Academy.

6. Academy profiles

Academy information shown in public discovery is supplied by the Academy and published after review. IPE does not warrant the accuracy of Academy-supplied content.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
